Drug Treatment

New Roads drug treatment programs provide substance abuse therapy in conjunction with life coaching for a successful transition to a healthy life.

Outpatient Treatment

Our outpatient addiction treatment offers levels of intensity specific to each individual’s need. These programs, which offer emotional counseling along with drug treatment, allow clients to apply their sobriety maintenance and healthy living skills in their daily lives. Clients learn to create healthy lives with employment, family, and appropriate leisure activities.

The New Roads Outpatient Program, helps adults embrace a healthy, drug-free, and responsible life. In this program, clients participate in effective and affordable treatment at a professional and comfortable outpatient clinic. Like our other programs, the Transitional Program boasts a multi-disciplinary staff, including psychotherapists, substance abuse counselors, and life coaches. All are trained in effective and comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment, including relapse prevention.

The clients entering this program have proven stable enough across a variety of life areas to manage their recovery while attending academic classes, maintaining employment, or both. However, they need some support to maintain their recovery and their ability to flourish in their daily lives. Further, they need professional and caring assistance to manage their recovery maintenance plan.

Clients attend individual therapy, group therapy, classes, 12-step meetings, etc. in order to continue to fortify their healthy living plan. Clients learn to become contributing and accountable not only to staff, but to one another. The therapeutic culture that has been created consists of network of positive peers, which helps create a safe and drug-free environment.
