Whether a client is getting help for alcohol abuse, prescription drug abuse or anything else, Coaching is having someone there in a nuts and bolts way to help you figure out the workings of your life, and even your dreams.

For young adult rehab, Life Coaching is not meant to be targeted at psychological illness or a history of addictive behaviors, although almost any subject is welcomed in coaching sessions. Through these, clients are able to pinpoint what’s most important to them. While experiencing the recovery process at New Roads life skills building in a whole new way.
