LIFE COACHING Coaching is having someone there in a nuts and bolts way to help you figure out the workings of your life, and even your dreams. Coaching is not meant to be targeted at psychological illness or a history of addictive behaviors, although almost any subject is welcomed in your coaching sessions. Through these, you pinpoint what’s most important to you. Thoughts, words, and deeds become the future you so even though it’s been tough in the past – we have the one to one “sounding board” to now adjust as you go. No judgment, just help.
